About this product
The Mitsu Wrist Binder Double Lock is the twin-closure version of the standard wrist binder. The difference matters in use: with two separate hook-and-loop locks you can run the wrist strap firm and the forearm strap lighter, or the reverse, instead of being forced into one tension setting across the whole wrap.
It is a flat woven binder with no rigid splint, so the wrist retains its normal range of movement while still getting continuous compression. That makes it appropriate for people who need support while continuing to work with their hands rather than immobilisation.
Fit it with the wrist in a neutral, straight position. Firm is correct; numbness, tingling or colour change in the fingers means it is too tight.
