How we build them
Lined where it touches skin
Our padded belts, slings and immobilisers are lined with brushed plush on the skin side across the full panel. On a support worn for eight hours, the lining is usually what decides whether it stays on.
Closures that hold
Hook-and-loop across the full overlap, twin locks on the wrist binders, a pulley double-pull on the sacro lumbar belt. Compression can be set precisely and re-set during the day without removing the belt.
Shaped, not straight-cut
Sleeves are knitted wider at the joint and tapered above and below so they grip and stay put. Collars and belts are cut to the body's contour rather than as flat rectangles.
