The Mitsu Care Wrist Binder Single Lock is the simplest wrist support in the Mitsu range: a slim woven band with one hook-and-loop closure, for everyday compression around the wrist.
The manufacturer's own description is that it is for people requiring orthopaedic support plus the reassurance of having the wrist held, and that it suits either wrist. There is no rigid splint, so the wrist keeps its normal movement while getting steady, adjustable compression.
It suits gym sessions, long keyboard and mouse days, two-wheeler riding and repetitive gripping tasks. If you want to tension the wrist and the forearm independently, the Wrist Binder Double Lock in this range has two separate closures.
Wrap firmly, with the wrist straight. Firm is correct; tingling, numbness or coolness in the fingers means it is too tight and should be eased off.
